My NEW superfood workout meal !
It couldn’t get simpler than this !

Just mix half portion of the superfood shake ..about 25g ( or any shake you like , depending on what flavour you want ) with your 0% plain or Greek yogurt …
And you can add what you like or what goes in with your plan ..
And it’s really tasty !
I just mixed half a scoop ,25 g ,100 calories) with 100g @fage_uk Greek yogurt 0% and a few blueberries and a couple of slices of dried banana ( optional)
And it was a low calorie & high protein meal with the extra goodness !
So a nice healthy yogurt flavoured how ever you like !
I have this sometimes after a workout …
I look forward to it so much and do a session on my treadmill to earn it !
