Salted caramel mousse surprise !..
I Wanted a Simple Packhack for brunch today.
And as my kitchen & house looks like a right mess with all the renovation work going on .. to be honest I haven’t much room to do anything else !
So it’s got to be simple !…
I turned a @exantediet salted caramel shake into a gorgeous light & fluffy mousse ..
…. yummmmmmmm !!!
I always forget how tasty it is to do !.. .. I used a salted caramel shake mixed the normal way and i whizzed up a @theskinnycookieco cookie with it too ( that’s the the surprise bit ! Lol 😂) just for a wee bit of added texture!

I just mixed the shake with 250 ml water & in a blender, then added a @theskinnycookieco cookie then added 2 Tsp of mousse mix to it ( you can use gelatine or equivalent if you have no mix ) and whizzed it up until light & fluffy and poured in a jar ..
Left it a wee while to set ( so it’s like angel delight texture 🤤)
Now I’m about to munch !…
