…..I think it’s my new favourite way of cooking the @exantediet pancakes..
No fuss , just mix , pour & leave to cook !

I used my @towerhousewares panini attachement in my toastie machine ..
I just mixed the @exantediet pancake mix up as per instructions and poured it on the flat griddle and put the lid down to cook !..
( I wish I had made a video, of me cooking it ! ….but I didn’t!!!) - I’ll see if I can do one over the weekend!..
Then once firm , I got the pancake “slab” out popped some @fage_uk mixed with a couple of drops of @exantediet vanilla flavour drops and a couple of blueberries to the base and rolled it up !!…
And bam !.. the most gorgeous tube of gorgeous-ness for my #brunch !!
Today is the first day of #losingitactiveapril … for me , so here’s to day 1 !!! 💪💪💪💪
