I had got to that stage where nothing fitted me anymore,i had worn all the clothes that were loose & baggy ,clothes that i wore, everyday , day in ,day out ,as i was living in pretty much nothing else but leggings and jumpers, to try to hide my bulky frame,from everyone , including myself ! But they had all worn threadbare,through rubbing and overuse,......it had finally Happend,i had to wake up & smell the coffee, i had to face the truth, i was obese, morbidly so ...and i had to finally address it ! i had come to the end of the road...the time to change was now!
