Protein shake cheerios!!!

I used @exante but you can use any ones you have !!

@exantediet ..cheerios anyone??!?!!..

When you just need a bowl of cereal..

I LOVE cereal .. and I’ve made lots of different kinds out of various @exantediet packs and bars since Being on plan .. ( all the recipes are in my cereal highlight at top of my grid !)

But this was a NEW one !.. I added some extra protein to it .. I added

@piurasuperfoods pea protein powder

( just a bit ) But I really enjoyed!xx


How I made it ..

I mixed 1x @exantediet chocolate shake pack with 1x tablespoon of @piurasuperfoods pea protein and 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1x egg white and 3x tablespoon water ..

Then I put into my mini mold and baked in oven until puffed up ( 160- 5 mins ) then I popped them out of mold .. ( then when I wanted them ( this morning) ..I crisped them in @ninjakitchenuk Airfryer to get crunchy!..


Had mine with unsweetened almond milk !!



I’m at work all day ( buisy one !!) today, so I’m hoping to get my exercise in later !! Xx

Oh .. and I’m also trying to find the time to get to grips with @youtube & @tiktok .. eeeek scary !!!... I’m not great at technology as it can take me ages .. but on my ongoing quest to try things new !!.. I’m giving it my all !! Lol - wish me luck! ( I’m gonna need it ! 🤣😂❤️)
