I do love pancakes,How about you ?

Well , I made some citrus ombré pancakes … as I love the look of them !

I’ve seen them being done on so many pages & in so many beautiful colours…. that I thought I’d give them a go !

So I tried citrus ones …

So here we go ….

I made the @exante pancake mix up with sparkling water

❤️..( A top tip for me is I prefer to use sparkling water as it makes them slightly fluffier !)

Then each time I was cooking a pancake , I added slightly more orange 🍊 natural food colouring to the mix .. so you get a graduation of colour…

I made mine in hearts then added pink grapefruit pieces and some Greek yogurt flavoured with orange and some @exante raspberry syrup too add a bit of sweetness..

And they were Absolutely Blimmin Perfect 😘
