To share ,with the “Hubster “ for #sundaymornings #breakfast

Low carb & calorie

4x slices of homemade protein bread cubed ( roughly 180 calories & 1.6g carbs ) - ( recipe in bread section & on my my highlights in Instagram)

2 Tsp @nkd sweetner

zest of small orange

10g @skinnyfoodco white chocolate & Rasberry spread (52 calories & 5.4g carbs )

2 eggs ( 104 calories)

100g @arladairyuk skyr ( 62 calories & 4g carbs)

100 ml @alpro unsweetened almond milk ( 13 calories)

4-5 drops @exantediet vanilla & strawberry flavour drops

50 g raspberries ( 26 calories & 5.9g carbs )

Preheat the oven to 180c. Lightly grease or @frylighthq a baking dish Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, use your fingers to combine 1 tsp @nkdliving sweetner with the orange zest until fragrant and completely mixed ,and cover “cubed bread “

In a separate bowl ,Whisk the eggs with the yogurt , vanilla & strawberry drops & milk

Evenly arrange the “protein bread”cubes in the prepared baking dish. With the raspberries too , I added small dollops of @skinnyfoodco co raspberry & white chocolate in a few areas too ! ( I used 10g in total in small blobs ) Then I Poured the egg mixture over the bread, being sure to completely moisten the top layer.

Top with the last of the raspberries, and sprinkle with the remaining 1 Tsp sweetner.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until puffed and golden. Cover loosely with aluminum foil as needed, if the bread begins to brown too quickly.

Remove from the oven, and let cool for fifteen minutes, to set a bit before serving.

I had it with a small amount of greek yogurt ! 😘

I’m in heaven!

The WHOLE beautiful thing is 437 calories & 16.9g carbs

So I got 2 x portions at 218 calories & 8.4g carbs each !

The sun is poking it’s head out I’m im looking forward to a #selfcaresunday in the sun , what r U up to today ?
