No added sugar Easter egg

Homemade by me !!!

!!! SUGAR FREE ..SUGAR FREE !!!

I’ve made them!!... I made them !!!

.

I wanted to have a wee choccy egg & stay kind of on plan ! ..

As it’s Once a year , I thought ..why not !..

So that meant getting prepared and finding a no added sugar one ...

But I had no success!..

So I made my own !!..

My no added sugar Easter eggs & Mini chocolates !!...

I thought it would be a challenge to make my own ...

A labour of love but I did it !!!...

.

It was a learning curve for me , this one !... As I’d never made my own chocolates before, never mind sugar free ones !...

I feel like I’ve really achieved something!... lol....

I Made them with pink sun organic unsweetened 100% no added sugar buttons and @nkdliving powdered Erythritol sweetner with some @pb.and.me fillings , @skinnyfoodco fillings & no added sugar choccy beans !..

I’m quite chuffed !...

.

The only thing is .. as I thought I’d messed the first 2 up I made another 2 !... So one egg for me , one for Hubster & 2 spare now !!!

Each egg weighs 100g ... so 600 calories and 17g carbs in each one ...

.

But totally no added sugar & no hidden nasties !!! ...

Whoo hoo !!

.

It will last a while though !!!...

.

I melted down 200g of no added sugar chocolate (100% coco mass ) and tempered the chocolate...

then kept popping in mould in layers , then chilling then madding more to get a nice hard shell ...

The chocolates I did the same but added either a bit of @pb.and.me filling or @skinnyfoodco filling then topped & finished and chilled !!..

As long as I’m mindful and don’t scoff them all ..

All should be good !!...

Think they could be in fridge for a while and last a long time !!...
