🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

Omg .. why oh why didn’t I try this before!?!…

It was so good !…

I made enough for 3 loaf tins ( so I timesed it by 3 , as I gave one to my mum , kept one out & froze one for Christmas! ..

But here is recipe for one ..

2 x @weetabixofficial

200ml skimmed milk

50g sultanas

50g cherries

Orange peel

Orange essence

100g self-raising flour

1 tblsp mixed spice

2 level tbsp sweetener granules

2 large eggs, beaten

Preheat your oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4 and line 3 x 450g loaf tins with non-stick baking paper.

Put the Weetabix in a large bowl and pour in the milk. Leave for 2-3 minutes then mash with a fork.

Beat in all the remaining ingredients, spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 1 hour.( +!extra if your baking 3 like me , as it takes longer mine took 1hr 25 mins )

Cool the cake on a wire rack, turn out and slice each loaf into 12 to serve.

It really was tasty !! .. I can’t believe I never tried before!?!?…

I now need to go and look for other recipes I’ve seen people do & try them !!..

It would be fab , if you Drop any good ones you think I NEED to try in the comments !!
