More ways to get my eggs !! I do like to have them when I can , to get some protein and goodness in .....
This time it’s mini muffins !! And I popped small bits of yumminess in each one and used each muffin totalled 100 kcals - so perfect for after gym or 2 For your dinner !!! I have a mixture of ham , peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni in mine !!!! just weigh and measure what you would like in it !!!
ive used 3x eggs and 100 ml milk , seasoning and a variety of tasty fillings ... divided by 6 to get Kcals
