Low calorie & carb
Egg , ham & cheese breakfast wrap âŚ.
( or any time of the day wrap !!)
But this was My Sunday morning breakfast before my shake fest Iâm doing next week !

This was lovelyâŚ
And hit the spot !âŚ
And not a piece of bread in sight !
So extra Low carb & calorie !
*I did try the fancy way of poring the eggs through slotted spoons to strain them , straight into pan , like I saw on TikTok..
But it didnât work !..
I tried & tried âŚ
And all I ended up with was lots of scrambled eggs and in a complete mess !! đđâŚ
So it was plan B time ..
âŚAnd I did it this way âŚ
I probably could do with a smaller pan for it , but I made do with what I had âŚ
Your making a egg white parcel , for your fillings âŚ
SoâŚ
Just separate the eggs , so you have yolks & whites ..
*I used 2 eggs but only used one yolk .. to cut down on calories..
Spray your pan and cook the whites .. then add the yolk on top once white is browned .. cook for a couple of minutes & add the cheese and ham ( I used @eatlean tasty cheese and @aldiuk lean ham )
Fold over the whites into a parcel & cook on other side for another 30 secondsâŚ
..Itâs ready to munch âŚ
